Lake Denny is small lake in the Ashburton Lakes Basin, sitting at an altitude of 680 m. Denny only covers 5 hectares in size and is very shallow, with a maximum depth of just 2.1 m. Very little is known about the physical and biological features of this system (source lawa.co.nz)
